Bert David Associates

Bert David Associates is a results-oriented training and development company that helps clients maximize productivity. We achieve results by developing individual and organizational potential. We work with clients to effect positive change in the area of organizational development and personal effectiveness.

The company has been operated by Mr. David for over 17 years. During that time, he has provided leadership and communications training for senior executives in private industry, professional associations, and governmental agencies.

Mr. David helps clients function more effectively as a team by concentrating on strategic planning, organizational development, and creative leadership strategies in order to achieve common goals and objectives. He has taught communication and leadership courses for many business and governmental agencies. As a member of the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Business Institute faculty, he has presented seminars both nationally and internationally. Mr. David has also served as an adjunct faculty member at George Mason University.

Mr. David received his B.S. from the United States Military Academy at West Point and his M.A. in Executive Development from Ball State University. He is trained to administer workshops using the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator. Additionally, he is certified to conduct workshops on Managing Organization Transitions. Finally, he is also certified through Georgetown University to provide leadership coaching.
